You're making bank that's what, early on u may be limited by materials to make kegs and preserve jars. While pumpkins are best in kegs, putting them in jars aren't too bad either (faster processing). So u can jar/keg normal pumpkins in whatever ratio appropriate and sell any starred ones.

Sprinklers don't work when placed on sand. Most of the farm is sand lol

True but there's a 200 tile patch where you can use sprinklers, you can upgrade your watering can, eat to recover energy, use rain totems, use the greenhouse...it's not that bad
