Yes in general artisan goods is the best way to make most profit (turning your crops into wine/jam then aging your wine is the best)

Your best bet is to use the elevator to go to 55 and 65, kill all the dust sprites, then go back to the top and repeat

Cranberries are better only if you have enough money to fill a designated area.

If you have Deluxe Speedgro, pumpkins are always better
