For iridium milk, do u prefer making them into cheese or just selling them straightaway? Wont they process faster in the cellar if theyre already violet starred cos i noticed that my gold ones have gold stars on the kegs straight away

I havent sold milk for ages honestly. But when I did I made them into cheese and aged them. But I switched to just using the cellar for wine bc I stopped collecting the milk.

Anything that’s not large iridium milk should be processed & sold if you don’t have artisan yet
