-Have you checked the area beneath Marnie’s house? Spring Onions can appear there, which are amazing early game food sources.
-Crops also work, although consuming them will literally eat into your profits. Tulips are suprisingly the most cost effective food crop.
-Dig up some seeds and make field snacks from them! They’ll do wonders for your food bar.

On PC Stardew Valley uses GOG servers, https://www.gog.com/ More info about GOG here. So if these servers go down, then multiplayer on PC will go down in its entirety. Even if you have the Steam version it still uses GOG servers. A good indication that they are down is if you see a spike on the Down Detector site https://downdetector.com/status/gog-com/
