Chickens can make lots of money early game from mayo, as long as you get the silo first to feed them. Corn isn't a bad crop but in summer and fall there are better crops to plant in money terms anyway

Adding to what bannis said there's other things you can use for the luau btw not just a gold quality. Other easy things to get are a gold quality super cucumber or sturgeon which you can both get in summer

If you play on a computer and are having trouble with the repetitive clicking, you might want to look into accessibility mods? There are a few on Nexusmods that make fishing more accessible to people with carpal tunnel/arthritis/wrist trouble etc

They can be mildly confusing to set up but it's probably a good option for you if normal fishing feels out of reach for you, even after levelling up a bit.
