Well I’d spend all the money on the first day for parsnips so you can buy a lot of potato seeds once they’re ready and have them be ready before the festival but I’d always use all money possible to get more money before the 13th so you don’t have to specifically plant potatoes on the 6th just make sure you don’t plant potatoes after the 6th since then they won’t be ready in time to get your money before the festival
