Communtiy Centre is the first overarching goal. You should be trying to fill that.

Other than that, you’ll occasionally get quests you should try to fulfil and you might want to make mini-goals for yourself like getting a certain building or a certain skill level

That area is mainly used as a place to put a tapping orchard and some machinery like the Gem Dupers, Hives, Kegs, Etc
