The thing about cheese is it only takes 1 week to age from gold (large milk, so all of your cheese at some point will be gold) to iridium.
The gold you make per day on goat cheese aging is almost as good as aging ancient fruit wine. It's quite a dropoff in aging regular cheese.

So there are two steps to it. First you need to get to a spot where you can catch golden fish. It depends on how far you can cast your rod, aka your fishing level. At some point you get ALL golden fish.
