The game does objectively play better on PC, and you have better access to mods on that platform

I play on mobile because the times when I have free time to game often coincide with times when I am away from my PC

Also a great option if your day involves decently long commutes on public transportation

Make as much money as you can before the spring festival (the 13th I think) make sure all your crops are sold the day before the festival because youi can't sell the day of and get that money. Then buy strawberry seeds from pierre during the spring festival and plant them (prepare your fields before you go so you can just drop seeds and go to bed. you'll get two harvests of them before summer and they are good money. Then plant as many blueberries as you can reasonably farm in summer and same for cranberries in fall. Also build a small stockpile of each season's fruit/vegetable because you'll need them for the community center (for example in spring you want 6 parsnips for the community center, one of any quality 5 of gold quality

any time you're not farming before that initial spring festival spend fishing for e xtra income

@blazing sparrow one other thing I would suggest.... in winter year 1, as soon as you have all four foragables turn them in at the community center , you'll get the recipe for winter seeds plus winter seeds, plant those on your farm and keep farming them all winter, they're decent money and when winter turns to spring if there are any crops (winter crops) still growing they will die but leave your fields watered for spring 1 year 2, it'll save you some time and effort and allow you to plant a little more than you ordinarily would, particularly if you have saved some strawberries and made seeds with them
