If you make them into wild seeds and use them to make tea saplings and sell them you make a lot of money. Per four forage items you get 10 seeds which make 5 tea saplings (tho you need wood too. And maybe fiber? I can't remember). Tea saplings are worth 500 each so you can make 2,500 gold with one of each forage item.
