I never sell coffee. I make it into Triple Shot Espresso and drink it every day, 3x a day, for a constant speed-buff. It kind of pays for itself in that you can get a lot more done in a day, especially when paired with a speed-buff food like spicy eel or pepper poppers.

I go with coop, barn, big coop, big barn, then skip on the deluxe coop and go straight to Deluxe Barn for CC reasons. I get one sheep, one goat, one pig. Once the sheep gives me 2 wool I sell it. Yes, you can get wool from rabbits, but sheep will give you wool several days faster.
