you have to level up to a cowpoke (level 5) to speak in vc

Practice will get you there, as you get higher in level the bar will increase in size, also tapping the button instead of holding is better and getting good at banging the bar off the top and bottom will really help with the harder fish that dart around like crazy. Fishing is difficult at first, just need to keep doing and getting a better rod for tackle and buffs from food will help later.
