Well, you presumably wouldn't need to purchase all the wood and stone you need. Since the tea sapling strategy mostly utilizes foraging, you should have at least some energy leftover to get at least enough wood/stone for the coop while you work on getting the saplings.

You get a harvest ofc, but the number of days you get with the strawberries divides unevenly so you miss a harvest

Strawberries take 9 days for first harvest, then second harvest is on the 13th after planting

so even planting on the 14th you will still get that second harvest, though you're cutting it close
