He'll go away, and now you have access to being able to spawn monsters on your farm at night and a couple other things you're too early in the game to worry about. There's a ink and quill thing on the table where you'll be. Interact with that and then step on the red circle thingy in the bottom right corner. Climb up the ladder where you'll be transported to, and now you have access to a bunch of late game buildings you can construct.||
