then put the chest next to your house and store the stuff you got from clearinng the area

@ambersgone for one, there are technical considerations: Stardew uses peer to peer multiplayer, there is no central server, so someone's phone would have to host the game. Also, the multiplayer version of the game has worse performance which is significant for many phones

Early on you can fish for spending money, but it's not a good long-term strategy.
Farming and artisan goods is where the real money is at. Get animals to make mayo and cheese. Grow crops to make pickles, jellies and wines (just never make juice).
