I would say farm floors 41 and 81 on the mines for iron and gold to work toward making sprinklers, and plant as many blueberries as you can reasonably water. In addition to the blueberries, plant whatever you need for community center.

I’d suggest an apple tree for sure. The bat cave is inconsistent with apples, and you need multiple. I usually buy a pomegranate tree too, but I think that one’s less necessary.
