Don't lay in bed trying to sleep forever. It is bad and actually makes it harder to sleep. Get off your phone and lay in bed and try to sleep for 15 minutes. If you still can't sleep, get up and get a drink or go to the bathroom if you need to or just walk around for a little bit to clear your head and reset yourself. Then go lay back down and try again. STAY OFF YOUR PHONE, the blue light from it messes up your circadian rhythm and tells your brain that it is daytime and you need to be awake and to not make the sleepy hormones.
