When you have a coop on your farm, go into Robin's shop and scroll through the building options, you should see the 'Big Coop' option, which you select, then you click on the coop to upgrade it.

Same with Deluxe, but you need to have a Big Coop somewhere on your farm for it to be there.

So once I get a sprinkler system I start getting like 300-500 crops

It is pretty relaxing, you just keep on pressing the button until you have to refill your can and go back to pressing your button again. But yeah, it's a lot better once you don't have to refill anymore
