Btw if you pet your animal and feed it then it gets friendship which after doing so for a long time actually does something.
It’s hearts are hidden at the start but you’ll find out about it if you show them that they’re the bestest of bois/girls/whatever gender people would say their animal is

Btw I love harvest moon. Is starfew valley as fun as harvest moon? I used to play harvest moon on psp

for me stardew was that game where i played it for a hour first time and didnt care for it then stopped playing it for almost a year. later i saw it and tried it again and got addicted
