depends on what you need. If you don't have much space for crops, then clear out some of the farm on a day you've got nothing to do. If you're low on money, fish. It really just depends on what you've got covered and what you need

You only really try to clean everything by fall or winter imo

All that energy is better spent on mining or fishing

Especially fishing

You want spending money to actually do stuff during spring

All that wood and sap and stone won't help you as much as money early on
