You get two. You can plant them all and save some strawberries to run through a seedmaker (the normal quality ones) to have seeds on day 1 of year 2.
Or you can plant 1/3 of your seeds and save 2/3 for next year.
I'd recommend the first option.

I think you can re-marry, but when you divorce they go back to 0 hearts, so it's a lot of work to get them to 10+ hearts again.

Also if you hover over an item and it shakes then it means you need it for the community center. Idk how that works on mobile.

For me the only real benefit of closing the doors is that it makes it easier to pet the animals and milk the cows/goats and shear the sheep. I typically do all that first thing and then open the doors so they can graze.
