Hmm I'd say they are more long term investments and def more worth it with a greenhouse, they take also usually a season to grow so if you're already deep in summer then it's prob not worth it since without greenhouse they only produce the fruit during fall

I personally don't do this because I can't be bothered but if I felt like having two farmhouses I could.
