So I've got a little problem with my mods, basically a lot of items just go invisible once I get out of my farm
I've checked my logs and I don't see any problem about them, so I'm not really sure what's causing this issue
Though it didn't do that before I installed a bunch more mods today

Both tmxl and pytk tend to slow load time in games,

Also, East scarpe + SVE + ridgeside are big mods (imo)

Do you also have these mods installed? (Asking to figure out if they might be related to slowness)

I have all of these installed, and so does the other person in the farm who isn't having a time de-sync.

I know the load times will be slower, just trying to figure out why two people are in an alternate timeline

Also, are there many apps running in the background when they play? SDV needs minimum 2GB RAM to run, along w/ other things

Okay so I think it's actually Matching Nodes which was causing the issue

I managed to fix the same issue with Lux's Food Mod a long time ago, so I guess it's because Matching Nodes is too low on the load priority list

@dire fractal Figured out the problem from earlier!! Using the mod Happy Birthday + StardustCore's most recent updates corrupted our farm. It was a new save only on day 7, so restarting wasn't a big problem.

In general, if you've given the mobile version of smapi all the permissions it asks for, hit the install button, and it doesn't work, then you may have a device that it won't work on. It's a known issue but the developer for it hasn't been doing any updates recently so I don't know if it will get fixed anytime soon.

In this one, for some reason the mods you have are missing a core component, the manifest.json, so you need to delete and redownload them. Make sure you're getting the versions compatible with android.

it's not really possible to say from that, but i'd guess it creates an npc and the spawn point is defined in the mods' data/npcdispositions edit, and then there are probably schedules somewhere to change as well. more #making-mods-general territory probably

ohodavi's anime portraits mod does indeed have the wrong version listed in its manifest file. you can just adjust the number manually if you dont want it to show up anymore when you boot up the game.

its a silly quirk in windows where if you click on empty space on an unselected folder, it will instead think you clicked the folder you're in.

they are just empty folders now that you moved the files out of them. thats what the smapi message also sais. its not a critical error, stardew can already start, but its best to just remove them still.

first you have to open the Xbox app, if you dont have it, search it up in the microsoft store

click on the three dots

then press manage

in general, if its not on, it'll say Enable Advanced Management features
by default it'll move the whole game to Drive:\XboxGames

and then file permission locks will be gone and it should work

just tried local co-op for the first time. my computer could just barely handle it, a lot of lag. we played 2-3 days in game then when the other player left the game, it crashed. I don't think we will do local co op again until i get apple tv compatible controllers and do steam link through the apple tv... my big TV is too old for the steam link app. I had mirrored to the TV so we could see better, then we decided to see if the performance improved if we disconnected. it did improve. Do you know where the "Old Orchard" is supposed to be?

Whatever mod that is associated with is having missing object-to-spawn issues, but all FTM does in that case is..not spawn them, afaik
