yeah spouse rooms are throwing up because sve itself isnt loading, because customfixes and custommusic dont exist
sorry for the late response, maybe try reloading it so take it out, load a game and put it back in? unless you have a built up designed farm then dont do that LOL; but no unfortunately there isnt unless u could edit the tileheets herself
I am wondering if the download corrupted so i am going to redownload it. That or I deleted something by mistake
those mods are in the same folder level as the "Stardew Valley Expanded" folder that contains the actual SVE mods, it's possible to miss them depending on the way and where you extract the zip (usually the problem is people doing the opposite, having them installed separately and including the SVE supplied ones in a different folder (created from the zip file name) and then the mods won't load because there are two copies of them)
Ok redownloaded the zip and found those files. In game now and so far the mods are showing up in configure mods settings in game.

i moved from grampa's farm to IFR2 and now my shed is permanantly stuck liek this

go into the shed with iridium, batteries and hardwood i think? and put it all in the chest, it'll take what it needs and leave you with the rest ๐

If you're trying to save, it's probably a oom
If you want to use that portrait for the wizard, you can just put in into Portraiture and make sure it's named Wizard

You're using Save Anywhere, which can break a lot of things
Lots of things only roll over when you save while sleeping, so saving any other time can lead to things breaking

@errant hornet I think I actually figured out what was causing my screen to glitch earlier: Walk To The Desert Redux.
I say that because I know that NPC Map Locations and WTTDR apparently conflict with each other when it comes to NPC pathing

I actually had removed both NPC Map Locations and WTTDR when I was using 32-bit, but when I migrated to 64-bit and saw that WTTDR had updated, I tried having both that mod and the RSV discord's version of NPC Map Locations
But the NPC pathing was still bugging, and my screen started to glitch
Removing WTTDR seems to have stopped the crazy red screen of death from occurring in addition to fixing the problem of NPCs getting stuck at the Calico Desert bus
Like so far, I've made it to 8:40 am in-game and haven't experienced the glitched screen even though it usually appears in a few minutes

I haven't used WTTDR lately but yeah, for some reason that mod causes pathing issues, atleast to RSV and LASV T-T

If you want to remove mods, delete every smapi (for example) folder in the Stardew valley folder, then go to properties, and delete the access options.

Hi so I just opened Stardew again after a few months or so of not playing and I've decided to reinstall the Sailor Styles mod again and I still can't open up the store Artemis has. He's in the map sure, but there's no pop-up when you try to interact with him.
I've uninstalled flower valley since it kinda obscured half of his head in the game but I still can't seem to interact with him. :^(

hi again, so im playing some modded stardew valley, it went well until the 6th day when the game just freeze because OutOfMemoryException. I noticed that im using the 32 bit version. Good afternoon! I'm using ItemBags, and when I started my game today, my filled Massive Bag had turned into an empty Small Bag. I've tried restarting the day several times and it doesn't change. Two bags that weren't in the Omni-Bag are fine and have all their contents. I'm sure I didn't lose or sell it by accident, as I spent the night in the Mines. I think the update flag for Item Bags actually indicates the Android version. The one I'm using (1.5.3 which uses PyTK) hasn't updated since May and I dl'd it in June.

why would the 64-bit version fail to load a dll file?
a few mods aren't compatible with 64-bit. I had that with custom critters at first, but then they converted it for 64-bit

you can run the game exe from your files to launch it without mods, and any game you don't let run for a day and save with mods active won't have them applied to the file.
But the game may crash if you try to play unmodded and have a mod save in the folder still, I don't know..
it may even depend on the mods
I think as long as you don't open the save when using a different mod folder it's ok I hope

I always delete the old one and then put the new one in

sometimes the mod author states on their page if you can "replace" it (as in, no removing and just pasting the new one on top) but I never do that

well, if you delete a mod that was in there when you started your save you may encounter some problems
I believe if you delete a mod that adds [JA] items, you will encounter the json shuffle
which shuffles your items around and you get weird combinations

it's a bit overkill, though. if you're only going to use 64 you could just move everything and ignore the 32bit

I'm in the IT field myself but reading the article and that immediately flew over my head
from within the 64bit stardew valley you'd delete or reaname your current mods folder and then run (in admin mode): mklink /d \Mods "path to other mods foler"
but it sorts of semi-permanently binds the the folders so you cant rename or delete it easily
you can use multiple mod folders though if you'd want

also the items in the error belong to sve, so maybe check over there as well?
gah .. so i had 7 mods that needed to be updated. i replaced each mod with the new version now my smapi is filled with red error text and i got a pop up in the game that some content was removed to avoid crash ๐ฆ

i have a similar problem, only it wont let be upgrade certain mods because i dont have the required files 'smapi' which i do, ive tried deleting reinstalling all that jazz to no avail. any ideas

that's not a block. just click the orange download button on the popup.
nexus has no way of telling what files are installed to your machine.
all it can do is popup a "hey if you're missing any of these, go get them" window
if one of those is ridgeside village and you haven't installed yesterday's update or the day before's update - you need custom companions now

chances are something is preventing SVE from loading properly
but ye we need your full log rather than a snippet of an error to help
most likely you didn't properly unzip SVE and now you have multiple copies of the mods SVE bundles for...some reason???

They are unzipped .. maybe i have too many folder for SVE? It's Mods>-Stardew Valley Expanded--3753-1-13-8-1625195234 then there are 4 additional folders
you turned the nexus zip into a folder instead of removing the folders in the nexus zip

It may be the folder path is too long as well. The trailing numbers can be deleted for sure

I haven't peeked into Json Assets' ID fixing logic much yet, and I know several of the mods have issues in split-screen mode. So it probably won't be fixed in the next releases since I'm mainly focusing on other bug fixes, but it's on my roadmap!
Fair, I didn't poke in the log. But they mention they have nested folders inside the one with the trailing numbers so I was concerned
I have seen people have mods not load because the folder path was too long
(Also relatedly, I'll be updating NPC Map Locations within the next few days.)

Nexus NPC Map Locations has a game-breaking bug and you just ran into it
On the 32-bit console it would also indicate that there was a stack overflow issue and would close the console completely after that if this helps
