we can't finish the bundle because we can't put two other object normally it demands four object and not six.
We got the wizard package fullfil without doing it.
The package for demetrius demands five object instead of four but we can't put more than four object.

i remember someone had a similar issue with the bundles a while back and pathos tried to figure it out, the person was playing the game in Portuguese though, not french :o

look like I am not only one agreeing that RR has a better dialouge than SVE... not to be rude of course. SVE writing with the wizard is well-done but... as a female, RR is more on my taste.

i messed up my modded world super badly a few weeks back and had to get a lot of help from her haha, had to go into my saves and load up an older one (sent me back about two weeks), is there a way to do it through that do you know?
smapi also backs up your save every day
Basically find where your saves are located and there'll be a folder with your farm or farmer's name. Inside that, there'll be 4 files - two of them will have _old on the end, and those are your saves from the previous day. Delete or move the other two and rename the _old ones so that they don't have _old in the name anymore

There should be an option for Community Centre stuff in there - I don't think it has individual bundles, but it should have 'pantry', 'craft room', 'vault', etc. which will complete all the bundles for that section

Hello everybody, since I am playing SVE (which is awesome) I was wondering if the deluxe fishing spot still are the same. Especially the forest river has different tiles (in front of Leahs house and Andys farm also is on one of the recommende deluxe fishing spots)? If not, where did they move to?

You can edit the spritesheet yourself if you have a program for it. It just needs to be moved up like 2 or 3 pixels

ello, so i think the "hardy grass" mod i just downloaded isn't compatible with my flowery grass, since it comes up with horizontal lines which wiggle slightly when i walk through them. is there any way i can edit the mod so that i have the image for full grass from the flowery grass mod, and the image for cut grass from the hardy grass mod? in the posts the author says "if it's even at all possible it'd require some extensive effort", which makes me 😦 anyone got any ideas on how to tackle it?
/ is it possible for me to keep part of the mod, the fast growing grass, but not the hardy part of it?

yeah sundrop intentionally doesnt load when SVE is installed
in case you know C#, you can probably decompile SunDrops code and remove the SVE check (for personal use only obviously)

When making robin build something the rush orders prompt doesn't show up and it just freezes

I wouldn’t recommend changing the SVE manifest ID. It could possibly cause issues with other mods referencing it.

yeah, I kinda think if Sundrop doesn't wanna be run on a save that has SVE, we should respect the creators and just not install Sundrop >_>
I honestly don’t see any reason why both mods can’t be run together (compatibility wise).
Maybe they use maps in a different way? Or take vanilla characters down differnt paths...

Iirc Sundrop doesn’t edit vanilla characters or maps besides pelican town (entrance)

Good morning. I deleted my Mod Manager (It doesn't manage downloads or anything like that) which was in charge of activating and/or deactivating mods, I know it can be done very easily by putting a "." in front but with the Mod Manager program I can make mod combinations without having to do it manually and the time difference is a lot. Would it give me problems if I let the program take care of activating/deactivating mods according to what I want? I can even export settings and save them. (I have thought about this because I will be entering a Coop with mods).
And I originally deleted the program to avoid possible damage but it never gave me any problems.

you need to add all these files to IlSpy
before decompiling
then rightclick EntoaroxUtilities -> load dependencies
and then it should NOT show a warning that some assemblies are not found
the assemblies are found in your stardew valley folder and the smapi-internal folder
(stardewValley.exe and stardewModdingAPI.exe are needed too I think)
then open the project in VS2019 and add Pathos' Stardew Valley Nuget package as usual
then it should compile 🙂

When I tried to extract a mod into the mods folder it made a folder called Mods_C_ which is directly under the original mods folder

That's fair! If you want to keep it simple, you can always just list which NPCs you want to be platonic with, and then just start using the mod! If later after playing with it for a bit you want to tweak stuff, then you can go back into the config.json

Potentially, yes. If the dialog mods you're using add flirty / romantic dialog at higher levels, yes, because chances are they're just going by heart level and not relationship status.
I'm all about personal tweaks so I went and edited the mods I use
but it's definitely simpler to just uninstall the dialog overhauls
what did you use to unzip the mod
try unzipping into your download folder (for example) and then copy the extracted folder into the mod folder

And am not sure about the flirty/romantic dialogue, am more concerned about the expanded dialogue for early game, but think I saw some dialogue overhaul in the Platonic mod description, might as well try the compatible one

Platonic Partners only affects vanilla as far as I know. Platonic Friendships, the one by Cherry, is more technical and can support custom NPCs, but Platonic Partners and Friendships is more dialogue change focused, from my understanding.

Ye the one by Cherry unlocks the higher hearts mechanic but doesn't change the dialog. The Partners and Friendships mod changes the dialog, and also offers its own change to the higher hearts mechanic in a different way

As many as you want, just rename the base folder for a group to Mods whenever you want to load it.

The elevator only unlocks to the last level you got to (or less, depending on your settings) as there is no "all" levels in skull cavern. It goes indefinitely.

A quick way to make progress would be if you have the ladder locator, you can set it to force mineshafts for at least your first descent option.

hi guys, i was using the "furniture anywhere" mod (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/2276?tab=posts) but after the 1.5 update, all the furniture i placed outside the farm has turned into ugly treasure chests. i cannot destroy those items. the mod creator said they have not found a fix for it yet. does anyone know how i can go about destroying the items i placed?

Add fairies to the secret forest area with this mod for custom critters. Comes in seasonal and regular variety.
Adds non-hostile bats for Custom Critters that fly around at night (and daytime, but quite rare).

The only other thing I can think of trying is to remove the mod itself and see if SMAPI can sanitize your save.
I do get an error in VS about a System.NullReferenceException: 'Object reference not set to an instance of an object.' but does that really matter

Is there a way to learn all the recipes in game other than Farm Foundry save editor? That doesn't seem to give me every recipe (cooking and crafting) from mods.

debug commands, type this into the console:
debug allrecipes
save editors can cause some issues, it's usually best to use console commands for stuff like that instead or manually save edit

"there was no output" means that the debug command isn't supposed to output any text

some debug commands do output text, such as debug where abigail which would say "abigail is at x, y"

hi yall, some mods i downloaded didn't have manifest.jsons in them, so i wrote them up vaguely (just gave it a makeshift name and the author's name) - but in my log they're saying that the name.dll doesn't exist, and i've scoured the mod to find a dll name but can't. what do i put in that place?
When you say that they don't have manifests, do you mean they are xnb mods?
The manifest.json files might be referring to another mod that has a dll

You could use a "when" condition to load the platonic dialogue and events instead of the romantic ones--I wouldn't necessarily use HasMod since someone might want to date your custom NPC romantically even if they use PPaF for other NPCs, but you could have a config option for that specific NPC to be romantic vs platonic, or possibly have an in-game prompt that sets a token you can call on with the when condition

So I can't seem to manage updating SDV to 64-bit. I've tried following the directions in the pin (yes, I get LOTS of OutOfMemory exceptions, it's why I'm trying), but SMAPI consistently registers the 32-bit version instead and I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. Is there a guide somewhere to set up 64-bit from scratch (I've actually completed removed SDV at the moment so I can re-download and start from scratch if I can figure this out)

Nope. Technically, something loaded, but it was a black screen with a white box and nothing else.
You have to not touch anything while the 64-bit is loading... It takes a moment and can not respond
Right now, I'm waiting for the ridiculously long load download of 403 MB to try again.
Does the base version need to be installed at all?
(My current plan is to figure out how to get 64-bit running with SMAPI, then build out my mod list again.)

Yeah, I noticed the instructions mention that might take a while. And I'm sure I'm missing something simple or being impatient, just figured I'd ask around and see if maybe there was something regularly missed using those insturctions.
I'm assuming the same steps have to be followed each time SDV updates and that Steam won't automatically keep it up to date?
Also remember that when you redone the depot folder it deletes itself first, so everything inside it will be gone

I posted in the Bugs section on Nexus of Sundrop City about an error that only occurs when using it on 64-bit, they told me I should report this to you. Entoarox said: "Peculiar, it seems some weird issue with the 64bit SMAPI, please take this to pathos, as if it is indeed a 64bit issue, there is nothing I can do on my end."

The image itself and SMAPI's content API seem to be fine; I copied that image into Tractor Mod (which loads it through SMAPI's content API too), and it worked fine in 64-bit. I only got the error when the image was loaded by Sundrop itself, so Sundrop might be doing something special in how it loads/handles images which isn't working in 64-bit. Unfortunately Sundrop isn't open-source, so I can't easily look into it further; this would mainly be something for the author to look into.
The modding process is undoubtedly complicated, but it's not complicated to go "here's the website where I got them"
(as I recall you have to do some pretty heavy homebrew to mod on Switch)

There's a lot of NPC overlaps/blockages, particularly with RSV NPCs - but I think some of it could be solved by making the festival map not as boxed in? (This is year 2, btw, since it looks like it has a second map, unless you just changed it in the update.)
I'm pretty confident my mods folder is bigger than the entire game at this point, but I haven't run the numbers
