cause i have two different versions here, for android and pc
I offered OSX since not a ton of people have it but it can have weird issues. I don't really care which I test on, time permitting.

There aren't special versions for OSX, but it's pickier about things like capitalization.

SailorStyles uses a custom shop run by a Sailor Moon character, Artemis. He's right next to the hat mouse, though.

So you'd need to find an 4GB/8GB SODIMM Single channel stick to replace your 2GB Stick.

I've tried:
-Fresh reinstall (SV, SVE, SMAPI, and all mods)

it's gonna add a ton of networking info to your smapi logs

yep, and then compare your logs for networking errors when/if you crash. I haven't needed to run network logs before, but the config warns that it can be very detailed (hence my warning)

type what I put in the text box above into the smapi console
then it'll export a copy of tht file into a folder called "Patch Export" that is at the same level in the STardew folder as Mods and COntent.
(you can also do a Patch Summary in the same way and share via smapi.io)

okay, so first you search on your computer for %appdata% then go through to StardewValley/ErrorLogs/SMAPI-latest. Open the website smapi.io and click on "Parse a log" then drag and drop the SMAPI-latest file into the box. CLick the button to parse it and you'll get a page with a handy link to share.

There is an ID name there. It should match the one listed in DaiayNikos tilesheets content.json but Γ¬ suspect it will not.

It should say Minervamaga.CP.eemieMapRecolor

Actually it looks like stardew foliage reimagined may be overriding it.
If you cut and paste the code setting recolour to Eemie so it is under the code for SFR it will work. Try not to break it. Goodnight!

Yes, the only thing different is the filename. I changed it since typing all the numbers over and over again got old real quick

No, no, don't have those long numbers after your mod name. You should be extracting not extracting to a folder named after the zip
SMAPI hates those long numbers
Also, just extract the contents of the folders; you don't need the "each to their own folder" option.

Hi hi again, i looked at why you aren't getting the cookbook, and... it's a feature
π the cookbook's only actually "given" to you if you play with NewCookingMenu enabled in the config, and otherwise you're able to use your kitchen as normal
turns out it's just been that long since i had to look at the cookbook mail i just forgot that it's not actually used for anything but some cute lore-type fluff since noone can even have a kitchen before day 14 and have their progress blocked by not having the cookbook

hey, can someone tell my why so many modmakers choose to not bundle their config file with the mod download and instead let the mod generate a config during the booting process?
i take it there's a good reason for that, just curious as to what it is, since a few do actually bundle their config.
i'd guess mostly to avoid overwriting existing player configs

Hey umm, is this the place to ask for mod support?
First; donβt use vortex. Itβs not that it wonβt work, but that it will cause you problems and its not the supported modding method.
To answer your question; you can manually install mods via vortex. The mod needs to be zipped prior to import (if itβs not already) then dragged into the box at the bottom of either the βmodsβ or βdownloadsβ section inside Vortex.
This is where we talk about using mods, though we do our best to help each other out.
Most of the time 
is there an easy way to stop using vortex? idk a lot about modding so it's useful but i don't wanna use it if it causes problems. like would i have to re-download everything or would I be safe just removing vortex from my computer
Your mods (both the zips and deployed) are kept locally. If you only have a single mod profile in vortex your best bet would probably be to right click on one of your mods and select view in explorer. Then go up a level or two till you can see all your mods. Backup that folder then get rid of Vortex. Afterwards you can take the files in your backup and move them into your mods folder, though Iβd suggest moving the files individually to make sure youβre moving the mod file and not the encapsulating file.

the mod folders are all there plus the vortex deployment JSON file
IE if vortex has a mod folder for Mymod-12.23.45.98.76-beta-more-nonsense and inside it is anouther folder called [CP] MyMod youβd want to move the latter to your games mod folder.
But they arenβt really there. Vortex uses something called symlinks (think like a short cut) to link fake/empty files in your games mod folder back to where Vortex stages the files (what I told you how to get to)
Which is why βDonβt use Vortex!β π
Itβs clever when it works and a nightmare when it doesnβt.

No, you need to go up at least a level. If youβre not sure what you should have for a specific mod, go download it from the nexus (or preview file contents), what you see when opening the modβs zip should be what youβd want to be looking to move.

Mods should always be inside one folder, vortex usually creates a second encapsulating folder in staging. Do NOT put loose files into your games mods folder.

The extra folder usually has the same name as the zip file youβd download from the Nexus, normally itβs the folder inside that.

I would backup vortexβs entire staging folder (copy it to your desktop or something), then uninstall vortex, then if thereβs anything in your mods folder left from vortex delete it, then start moving your mods from the backup to your mods folder.

When you start a new game in 1.5 thereβs an advanced settings wrench that lets you configure bundles.

So i have downloaded the Linux version of the game and followed the instructions and i had the smpai 64 bit update before the Linux download, and i have one question: Do i need to redownload Smapi 64 bit patch to go to the Linux version and move my mods to that folder or am i good to go from the original game location?

The main issue with XNB mods is that so many of them are outdated that you might need to edit the files before converting to CP. This is mainly for visual changes, because new sprites are being added with each vanilla update. If you just stick 'em in a content pack, there's still the chance it won't work properly.
well, you need to make patches in content patcher that target all those game assets then. but assuming the mod is not updated for 1.5, the data files are not necessarily as easy to do because you need to pick the changes from them to assure that you are not replacing other data that has been modified since the mod was made

Okay. It was more for personal use. I wanted to use a map designed for the forest farm to replace the mining farm. I'd have to turn off ore spawns though, or they will end up in weird places. xD
