Does anyone know what would be the best way to reset terrain features on a map now that reset terrain features is incompatible? I heard something about an Entoarox Framework command, but that's just deleting everything right? I have No Clip, and Destroyable Bushes, so can run around chopping bushes and removing destructable objects. But, is there anything that tells the game to spawn stuff like grass and bushes and stumps based on the new map file?

It is werid seeing someone without the same map issue as me yet have the same mods as me...
Can anyone here make any sense of the errors I'm getting when I hover over/try to remove 2 log torches from a chest? Everything else I could take out but when I hover over the log torches specifically, it zooms out funny and I cannot do anything with them, smapi goes crazy. Even if there's a working mod to allow me to just remove the chest completely, that'd be great.

Do all of these folders need to go right under mods folder? In the install instructions it doesnt look like it, but when i start the game im not getting the new farm so i figured something is wrong
those can stay inside of the main Stardew Valley Expanded folder

You can edit the config.json files for both farm types, Grandpa’s Farm and the IF2R, and remove the fences.

Issue I have with grandpa's farm is that my map shows the shad in the wrong place and it isn't a big deal just a bit annoying

you're also trying to load Grandpa's Farm and IF2R. this won't cause an issue (I believe grandpa's overrides IF2R if both are present) but you can't have both in the map list at the same time
if you are trying to use immersive farm then you want to remove grandpa's

The split screen co op seems to break quite a few mods. I need to put in quite a few reports to the mods when I get home
yeah it seems to run things differently from multiplayer, which already has its own list of incompatible stuff
From what I could tell it was trying to double save
Ui info suite the unofficial update caused mining level to constantly get +7000xp
1.5 was already a big enough change for a lot of mods to catch up with, split screen totally turned that on its head
I've found quite a few mods that seem to mostly work so it's not all bad news heh
BTW, is anyone else using skill prestige and having the buttons not work?
yeah unofficial updates especially are going to be prone to splitscreen stuff. most of the time they're just recompiled for the new version until the author takes them back over
Yeah you have to play around its based on ui scale
At one point mine was on the level 10 icon
try to match your game zoom to UI scale (so 100 and 100, 75 and 75, etc)

I think there were two different downloads for the Seasonal Floors mod? I believe I fixed that weird issue by install both the CP version and CWF version.
After updating to 1.5, I have the problem of the FarmHouseRedone mod no longer working, which means that the large farmhouse I had all my things in is now gone.
I found a noclip mod that allows me to go through walls so that I can collect some of my furniture from the void where my farmhouse used to be. The only problem is that, while I can collect furniture more or less alright, picking up the cheese press, forges, or jam jars makes them vanish into thin air.
Does anyone know if the FarmHouseRedone mod is going to be updated or not?

@tacit lantern the first thing that stands out to me is that you're using longevity. that mod doesn't use up to date best practices for modding even though it's "updated", and isn't recommended to use. since you use it, i'd recommend doing a content reset after uninstalling

you can edit your save pretty easily in notepad++ or sublime, FHR wouldn't be easy to update unfortunately

Sublime is what I used before VSCode. Still miss it sometimes, but development on it has stopped.

basically there's a block of stuff in your save file that has everything you put in your farmhouse, you can kind of grab items in there and cut/paste them into a chest if you can find one in your save

N++ is a better Notepad, Sublime/VSCode/Atom are simplified versions of IDEs
It's reliable. I wouldn't replace it if you're familiar with it.

yeah, there's a tutorial on the wiki for using sublime to save edit because it has an extension to pretty-print XML files and make it not all one big block

No, that was probably Visual Studio which is the "full-fledged IDE"
Notepad++ has an XML plug-in you download and install from it’s plugin dropdown menu
You can then “prettyfy” XML files that show up as one giant line in Notepad++
What makes things like VSCode/Atom so appealing is that it's built on web technologies so full-stack web developers can create extensions for it
(It's also responsible for why it has some memory leak issues)
But it's essentially a chrome browser
I’m not sure if saving a prettified XML file would break it for whatever program relies on reading it. So I convert it back to the linear format where it becomes a single line of text again. Then I save the XML file.
That's the way to do it. Beautify for human reading, and then convert it back for machine reading

plus you can use the phone to control desktop spotify so you don't have to tab out of SDV
I use Win10’s Dynamic Lock so yeah my phone is usually tethered to my laptop when I come home and so it can stay charged, lol

So, I installed some mods (I can give the list) and was playing with some friends, we noticed that some unknown mod was changing the contents needs to implement in the community center, so I decided to open the world file and change the variables of the community center to we had all the areas completed, since some mod was changing what you needed to implement and sometimes there wasn't even space for it.
In specific, I changed those variables:

To fix this I tried to change the variables back to what the were before, but that did not fix the issues, so I don't know what to do now.

It's working now. Host is able to open the inventory. We are able to access the bundles and the community centre.

it looks to me like it's working. did you want to use one of the custom farm maps for SVE? neither of them is included in the main download, you need to get them separately under optional downloads

The default settings were generated for features that had not been implemented yet. Now that they're implemented everyone sees them suddently.
The settings are for Expanded Storage mod though, not the content pack.

The optional packs are add-ons that will overwrite the vanilla SVO so you can just drag + drop it into /Mods.
Right now expanded is hardcoded to just double, but once I implement a more mathematical approach to expanding chests then I can have it resize the menu depending on the chest

Ok, the object progress bars have a bug where they don't react to the game being zoomed out/in. thats why they were weird.

I found it. UI info suite and zoom does not mix, even with options
I didnt realise how powerfull steam controller config is. Turns out you can bind different functions for short press, long press, double tap, chord (combination of buttons). Very usefull for stardew mods

UI Info Suite hasn't been updated to support the game's new zoom options. It won't even work if it was the only mod if you had UI/Game set to different zoom levels

You can use Range Highlight for something that does work with SDV 1.5 zoom. It covers things like scarecrows and sprinklers

I like UI at 100% but game zoomed out, so I disabled that functionality of UI Info and just use Range Highlight which works as expected

A lot of mods are safe to add/remove mid-game, especially if they only add UI to the game
With Mobile Phone, you can make an "app" for Special Orders Anywhere so you can open it from the phone. Unless there already is one and that's what you meant o.o

I finished converting the tools code to harmony/modData combo.
But still need to test a little more and maybe if it's simple, a way to replace the tools automatically for people who is not currently playing and trashing the tools.

It seems like it should be compatible because the SGFv2 seems to be a remodel of the farmhouse that’s built around the vanilla kitchen.
Check out the SGFv2 screenshots in its mod page to see what I mean. The kitchen looks the same, dimension wise, in all of the mod page screenshots
I could add the cjb cheats and item spawner to pad that but I know me and I don't want to exploit

That's because you changed your steam launch options. You can launch StardewValley.exe directly to launch it with no mods.
Otherwise you can set up a mod group to have a separate Mods folder, which can be empty!
u need to take out the command then for steam

replicated! Left horse in room 30 of deepwoods, went to 45ish, turned on time again (im not THAT fast) and then started moving back until i got the lost message. Used my farm totem and then tried to call the horse and it wouldnt show up. Gonna sleep and see what happens
