Hi there! Has anyone encountered this issue before with the new patch making the master bed move-able? My SMAPI and SV on steam are all up to date and so are the mods that I am utilizing atm. My house is also fully upgraded with the cellar atm.
i opened sv and it isn't there. all my downloads included stardew valley expanded are in the mods folder i created

Both Android SMAPI ports are currently broken. ZaneYork is aware of the issue. There is no ETA for a fix. A large portion of the graphics code got abruptly changed which caused the port to break.
ZaneYork does accept pull requests if you are able to submit a fix. You can also check the repo for updates for when a new version is released. https://github.com/ZaneYork/SMAPI-Android-Installer

Ok, my zoom is 75%, my UI was at 80. It works now.
Smaller UI works for me because I'm on a 1080p 33" screen.
I've always wondered if it's possible to edit a config file somewhere to force set ui and zoom to 50%
its stored in the save file
my issue is the game is already not set to work in ultrawide and changing the zoom levels makes it worse
75% has a slight fuzziness to the edges due to what I feel is an imperfect pixel zoom
and I think you can go to .5 in 1.5
I'm in 1.5.1 and 75% is the lowest for me so far

So uhhh, my SMAPI threw an Out of Memory error while saving the game at the dawn of a new day
Now the game's just frozen at the new day screen with "Saving..." at the bottom of the screen
i cant diagnose anything but some of these guys could see
i dont know technical stuff
but its good to have for errors ya feel
are you sure it was oom and not out od disc space? (also check the drive its trying to save to)
Might have gotten a looping error.
and an oom error would mean you're actually out of physical ram (or hitting 32bit constraints somehow, I guess)

you are missing a mod probably, most mod ids are authorname.modname or similar
so uh, I tried downloading mods, then I couldnt open stardew valley, then I deleted all the mods and i still cant open stardew valley

SpaceCore. You can turn it off in the config, but then you won't see Cooking/Magic on that menu

The biggest vortex issue I've seen since I've been hanging around is people reinstalling sdv on a different drive and not going through the process to tell vortex

I've seen Vortex just randomly eat manifest files for some people, or losing config files ๐คท
I've been meaning to test config files, because in theory totally uninstalling and reinstalling a mod would probably remove those since it wipes the folder
Haven't had any manifest issues, but I've seen nexus downloads spit out empty zips before
Oh I meant to ask earlier, with some recolors there's an additional file you need for SVE compatibility

Right uninstalling and reinstalling will just delete the config. People will just have config files up and disappear sometimes with Vortex lol

I wonder why SMAPI hasn't ever set up a separate folder for configs. It's not like having unused ones would be much of an issue, and it would totally work around issues with reinstalling things

Ye Console Commands comes bundled with SMAPI. If you wanted to use the in-game chat function instead of alt-tabbing, Chat Commands is on nexus
then it'd be /debug where sam (the only difference is the slash)

As much as I love the bed being moveable, there is still one more thing I would love to have for furniture, being able to rotate it! So I'm not stuck with only the back(and side for some) wall for stuff. Really limiting on creativity for sure.

rotating is always an issue in 2d pixel games
because unlike 3d stuff, you have to manually draw each side
it's rare that a developer will go through and draw all four sides on placeable stuff. usually you only get left/right rotation, and it's only because they just mirror whatever it is

Do mods work on the android version of the game? I saw the wiki for mods and it says both SMAPI ports are out of date, but I'm not sure if the wiki is up to date or not
Both Android SMAPI ports are currently broken. ZaneYork is aware of the issue. There is no ETA for a fix. A large portion of the graphics code got abruptly changed which caused the port to break.
ZaneYork does accept pull requests if you are able to submit a fix. You can also check the repo for updates for when a new version is released. https://github.com/ZaneYork/SMAPI-Android-Installer

Assuming it's a CP recolor, it should work on all farm buildings regardless of when you installed the mod

Also crow, I see SVE mentioned in there. When you update SVE, delete all the old folders, then install the new ones. Do not overwrite
Rerunning the installer fixed it.

Are you dragging and dropping the log into the site, or are you copy+pasting it
If the log is too big, you can open it up in any text editor (Notepad or Notepad++ work), copy from the very top of the log to the bottom of the first couple errors, and parse that
(my auto correct knew all the words to that. I think I need to just make it a quote lol)

Luck is really weird for me. Once I had neutral luck and kept finding mine shafts that dropped me 8-15 floors. And on good days I get one mine shaft after 8-9โfloors.

Greenhouse Sprinklers, pay off Robin to install Sprinklers in the rafters of your Greenhouse that will water your crops every morning. Allowing for 100% utilization. Upgrade it further to eventually water the entire farm morning and evening (should even work on Beach Farms, I might add a config that allows you to toggle that if you want)

I really love that cave...but to use it would mean having to start over since I would have to remove the farm I'm currently using....ugg decisions....I did post on the mod page asking if it would be possible to add a toggle for the cave on that farm so I could then use both mods. But it may be a little bit before I get an answer as she is on break right now.

the content patcher ones just go in your mods folder; the Adopt n Skin version goes in the Adopt n Skin Assets folder

I have a question, when wanting to have a toggle on a mod to tell it not to use something, how would you go about that? I am trying to see if I can put the toggle in on that mod myself but am not sure if I am doing it right. I want to have a true/false toggle that will tell the mod to use or not use it's own farm cave. I have a line I've done but am worried I have written it wrong:

Been trying to fix Omnifarm (https://github.com/lambui/StardewValleyMod_OmniFarm) for 1.5 as it's one of my favorite custom farm layouts. The problem is that the greenhouse causes a crash whenever I get close, fixed or not. I've managed to unpack vanilla content with XNBHack and open the layout's tbin file, but I can't seem to figure out how to fix the greenhouse currently in place. On other vanilla 1.5 farm maps I've opened it seems that the greenhouse isn't even there. Any help fixing it would be appreciated.

Okay I found where to put/add stuff for the congifschema.
you can setup the config to make it harder to screw things up by setting it to not do things like pickaxe live crops, cut down fruit trees, etc

the farmhands cant see the character portraits when you talk to them, is there a fix for this? smapi logs dont show any errors

yeah, the sve sap problem was when susan walked through a tree and made it explode. so if you're still having that problem, either you've still got that tree, or susan found a new tree to explode. (or another npc explodes trees)

@trail lotus that's a very old xnb mod that's..really a bad idea to try using
technically to use that mod you replace xnbs in your stardew/content folder
which for portraits is 'probably' ok, but other things will mean you stomp all over updated game code
basically, xnb is where the game stores most of its information, if you install an xnb from say.. 1.3 overtop of your game, you will get all sorts of weirdness if you encounter a new event/etc that was added in 1.4 or 1.5
which makes it near impossible to troubleshoot as smapi can't help you with that at all since it's outside of its control
