Does anyone else have the Adopt n' Skin mod? Mine stopped letting me walk through the pets (though I have the option set to true). Also one of the pets I have seems to be non editable? It shows up on the list_pets command, but when I try to sell it or change the skin, it says that pet doesn't exist.

Yep, that's deliberate. Crystalariums produce the same output forever once started, so you need to choose which mineral/gem to input first and then it'll automate the output.

So I am trying to get mods to work on a multiplayer game but it hasn't been working, it keeps on saying connection failed. I am the one who is hosting the game and the person that is trying to connect has all the mods I have, we just have two right now because I wanted to see if it would work any advice on what I should do? We also connect using lan if that helps.

this mod allows you to press J and crops are instantly harvested and replanted either for a cost or for free (configurable), theres also a config option to immediately sell all harvested crops instead of harvesting to your inventory, you can toggle which crops get harvested vs which don’t, same as which are sold instantly and which aren’t
this doesn’t do EVERYthing you asked for but i find it extremely helpful (even though it is cheaty)

Fhr is very buggy right now. Some features work and some dont
Sgfv2 only uses it so you can change the walls and floors of the added rooms
But I use it with sve and it works fine for the most part

They’ll be kept in the same places. You’d have to go to robin and move the buildings, and if there were fences or other things over areas you couldn’t get to you’d have to use reset terrain features

in the mean time, any mod that does not change maps will be fine tbh, things like artisan valley etc. still work fine with SVE however you won't be able to gift them or anything idk

i read the manifest, it contains of 4 machines. there are deluxe loom (marnie), deluxe cheese press (marnie), bug trap (willy), and cheese aging cabinet (pierre).
I tried several times, so far I only found deluxe cheese press. missing 3 items.

I have successfully made wood path a connector.
and the chest harvested all the fruit tree for me with the help of wooden paths.

I also edited the gem and mineral and crops mod to have the rest of the gems be plantable, including the prismatic shard.
also created lucky lunch deluxe in one of the ppja folders.

Is there any mod that let you plant fruit trees outside your farm? I noticed that fruit trees can only planted on dirt but not grass outside the farm and that's annoying because when I chop down trees outside the farm they can't grow back where they were

@shell jackal FTM dev here: unfortunately it can't modify the game's own spawn systems. You could disable ore added by FTM packs, but not SDV itself. The Reset Terrain Features mod has a function to clear "rocks" that might work? You'd have to activate it whenever you notice unwanted ore, though.
Ah okay, thanks for clearing that up. 🙂 If I could, I'd use MTN for some of the farms I have since they have a version for it, and then the others on the vanilla ones. But I think I heard MTN is still being iffy. xD

I am trying to update my mods. Using Windows 10 and Steam. Opened and shut Stardew and now it is giving me an error that the program is still running so I can't have permission. Where is it hiding in task manager?
As far as I know, it should say "StardewModdingAPI", "SMAPI", or "StardewValley" by whatever process it is. Force-closing Steam or rebooting might help if all else fails, it gets weird about that sometimes...
taskkill /F /IM StardewModdingAPI.exe in the command line might work

you have other unnecessary folders as well it seems. it's not necessary to remove them really

well, you can have subfolders that have mod folders inside them
make sure there aren't any extra files in hem
as they cause all of those mods to not load

Hey there! Sorry in advance if I muck up anything, I'm pretty new to the server but would really love any help getting smapi and content patcher to work. I've used them both before and they worked just fine but now i'm having a problem where smapi doesn't seem to fully install (the 'stardewmoddingapi" doesn't show up in my game folder, but other smapi files do) when I run the game through steam, it does open smapi! But smapi doesn't register content patcher at all, even though it's installed in my mods folder. I've reinstalled both a few times now, restarted my computer, but haven't seemed to find any progress so any help would be MUCH appreciated! ❤️
