Hmm. The pause looks like an issue with task synchronization, but it takes a fraction of a second in that log. As far as SMAPI's logging is concerned, nothing at all happened in the intervening time.
I see, tho in game it lags for a few seconds each time I try to change the skin, hair or see my saved games, just as in the videos I sent. 
Is there anything I can do to fix the task synchronization?
I'm not sure it's related to task synchronization in your case, since it takes <1 second:

In order: assets is a portrait replacer, you'd need to put those in a different mod. Content is an XNB mod, don't use it. Get Glam is broken, don't use it. As for everything else:

im INCREDIBLY new to smapi, as in i just installed it yesterday, and i wanted to stream the game to my boyfriend
when i tried streaming the game directly, it would show the smapi console window instead. i tried to just do full screenshare, but when opening stardew, it would only show a black screen. i tried looking it up, but my only answer was a reddit post saying i'd have to delete stardew as a registered game on steam and i really don't want to do that, especially since im still gonna be primarily playing vanilla
is there any other way to fix it?
Why the alternative texture kinda buggy, when I select the specific objects/furnitures texture I want and it doesn't show up when Im placing that object/furniture, unless I enable the "Use Random Textures When Placing" it shows up but randomly.

Does anyone face the same issue with spritemaster? With little to no mods, spritemaster works flawlessly, but there is also no need for it when i have little to no mods, but now that i have about 160 mods loaded, spritemaster just makes some textures invisible, no matter the scaler i use or if resampling is on or off.
Spritemaster author hasn't been around for awhile. You can make bug report on the mod page if nobody haven't make it yet
I'm just surprised because it's a overall used mod by everyone, it seems to give no problems to other people, even with alot of visual mods loaded.

mods will only "break" each other if they are trying to edit the same thing at the same time (ie same spot on the map, same portrait for a villager)

Quests should not be missing based on everything you've posted. I'm assuming it's either A) your egg mod because it's screwing with bundles somehow or B ) the fact that you're using the android SMAPI

if it wasn't for the fact that we barely have android people around because of that, I would probably end up supporting a separate channel for android help
But we don't so people would just go there, not get answers, and then come back here yelling about how the channel isn't active... so we do what we can to nudge people toward the place which will give them answers.

If you're using Steam or GOG on Windows, you will need to set your launch options in order for Steam/GOG to automatically launch with SMAPI. When entering the CC the game locks up, at first I thought it was the Challenging bundles bug I got that figures out and still nope

#1: Bundles are baked into a save. When you edit them, no matter if you remove the mod, the issue will remain
#2: Your issue is all Bundles. it's broken.

bleppboo sorry i didnt make this totally clear but these are two separate methods. either load a backup, or load your normal save and use console commands to alter the date. loading a backup would just require renaming some files (iirc) but you would lose progress, whereas messing with the date shouldnt lose you any progress, youll just need to put in a couple console commands

schedules are decided at the start of the day, and it was fall 1 at the start of the day
everyone is going to be following their fall 1 schedules and im not sure when dialogue is set but you may see fall 1 dialogue. this is why i recommended going back a day before the day you wanted to redo, because this way the 28th should be completely normal
time travel, then. If you're not reverting a save and instead time travelling, you always want to time travel at the end of the day and then sleep so the schedules don't fuck up and seasonal patches apply.

The PyTK mod is now obsolete. You can delete it from your mods folder, and all your mods should be safe.
If you get an error saying you're missing PyTK, open the mod(s) manifest.json and change the PyTK dependency from true to false
Deleting PyTK will allow your game to load much faster as well (even faster if you get SpriteMaster, if you'd prefer that), but also I don't see any mods of yours that would have it even as a partial requirement
I've been trying to fix the issue myself so I deleted a bunch of mods
you can probably add most of them back. Assuming the DaisyNiko's Tilesheets installation fixes it, if you need you can send another log to check the rest over
But you need DaisyNiko's or your farmhouse map will crash.

ok so i thought this would work but it did not. I thought I could add existing sprite image files to an alternative textures pack. Like elle's new horses i added a bunch of new horse sprites. More likely you're running a mod that fucked up somewhere and stuck a null in a characters list, which is one of those errors that is really annoying to fix

You don't have SVE. You've installed the main Slightly Cuter Aesthetic mod, so you don't need the SVE add-on if you aren't using SVE

it will only change the ones that grow after you get the AT pack but i just deleted all trees with rtf and respawned them again and now i have multicolored trees all around

Hi, I'm using the mod Better Farm Animals and I'm running into the issue where any custom farm animals I've added revert to a normal animal after a single day. Any help would be appreciated
so i downloaded a cave carrot mod that makes the dwarf sell cave carrot seeds. but smapi said that there were already cave carrot seeds made by east scarp-. So i moved the new mod out of the folder and went in game to check. And sure enough- cave carrot seeds. So how do i find these cave carrot seeds in east scarp? I have no idea given the wiki refuses to tell me about any crop aside bird of paradise

Hi! I need help with the PPJA fruits and veggies mod. I installed it, and it turned all my roses into rapeseeds. Any help on fixes? I deleted the mod, but it deleted my rose starters, as well as my already planted roses.

Hey everyone. My game won't let me donate to the museum when i run it through SMAPI. I can click donate, but then my mouse won't move. Is there a known issue with the current version of SMAPI? It's up to date. i have already gone through all my mods, and it's not them, it's SMAPI.

did you test it on a new save without ever running mods on it (other than SMAPI and the built-in ones), or did you just disable/delete mods and run the same save that had some mods before?

is the latest version of Pytk not on nexus mods? i've tried downloading/installing it twice now but the mod update manager keeps saying it's out of date
The PyTK mod is now obsolete. You can delete it from your mods folder, and all your mods should be safe.
If you get an error saying you're missing PyTK, open the mod(s) manifest.json and change the PyTK dependency from true to false
oh, didn't realize, ok. i'm just not sure if any of my mods depend on it?
not anymore, no. there's just a lot of mods that still have it as part of their requirements but it's no longer needed
