We had the issue, I restarted a few times and removed MoonMisadventures, it worked for a day and now having the issue again. I'll try removing boardinghouse and seeing what happens

ig this counts as modded support cuz it's SMAPI, but basically i can't get Discord to recognize Stardew Valley when i run it through SMAPI. Discord automatically recognizes the vanilla game, but i have to manually add Stardew when i run it with SMAPI, and instead of recognizing it as SDV, Discord recognizes the game as "running Stardew Valley with [x] mods."

so basically, Discord thinks Stardew with SMAPI is a different thing than vanilla Stardew, even though it recognized SDV when i launched it with SMAPI through Steam before. i run it through GOG Games now if that makes any difference, and i've configured GOG to launch the game using SMAPI.

oh yeah i know, it's just that when i use SMAPI to run Stardew, Discord doesn't automatically recognize the game like it used to, cuz it used to with Steam but it doesn't anymore with GOG Games. like i'm not trying to add SMAPI itself to the "registered games" thing like it's a game lol.

i have multiple saves on my stardew, but my main one, that i've spent 200h on, is unaccessible. I did all the things the wiki suggests, and i checked my save file, which seems to be completely safe, and i believe i even have a backup from a little back, so there should be no problem! but it won't show up in the main menu. anything i can do?

i use smapi and a few visual mods, but nothing gamebreaking at all. not even SVE :(

hello :) i've recently decided to get back into sdv after not playing for about a year and, while it worked last time I played, smapi doesn't seem to open anymore with my game (i reinstalled it). I use steam and whenever I try to open the game, the smapi window pops up and immediately disappears (the game opens fine without smapi). occasionally I have been able to get it to open, but it would give me a "couldnt load the game executable" message. I'm not great with computers and can't figure out whats going wrong 😭 is there anything I can do to try and fix?

The game saves progress when the in-game day ends, i.e., when the farmer goes to bed, collapses from exhaustion, or collapses at 2am. All progress during a day is lost if the player quits the game without ending the day. In multiplayer, the game saves after all players click through the prompts at end of day and wake up in the morning.

The latest released version of PPJA (Project Populate Json Assets, a popular mod) is a conversion from JA to DGA, but it has some bugs in it, and the mod author has retired. Sticking with the older JA version is probably your best option.

You can download the JA version from the Old Files section on Nexus, or by downloading the latest versions of the standalone components instead of the megapack (except for Farmer to Florist, where you would need to look under Old Files in the standalone version).

hi! I recently started modding my stardew, using a anew save file, everything works fine, but some of the icons were invisible, it didn't make much of a difference until I unlocked Ginger Island, where all the rocks in volcano were invisible. It got increasingly annoying, so I deleted all my mods and reinstalled, upon opening it back up it reverted my SVE save file back to normal SV farm layout, which forced over half the farm off the map. I really don't know what to do, because even with that happening the icons are still invisible. This is my first time modding anything, so I don't really know what I'm doing. Any help would be appreciated, I don't want to restart my 130 hour save file 😦

Hi, I could use a bit of help. I have a glitched spot in my inventory. It was a piece of furniture that I couldnt throw away or even mouse over without it crashing the game. So I removed the mod. Ok so im back again. I've removed Pytk, reinstalled Cf packs and CF as it had a recent update. Everything seems to load fine but now once I get loaded into the game, it's spitting out a different error and crashing.

the reason is i've run into this issue

after robin's community upgrade, the route from the beach to the forest just... broke. there's no warp, you just walk forever. this is the only place i encounter this. the only mod i have that changes the map (aside from recolors) is the kids' treehouse mod so i haven't any clue what could cause it

hello! i'm looking for some help or advice on a problem i seem to have come across only recently, ive constantly removed and added new mods and their requirements. i've repeatedly reinstalled certain mods as well to see if this fixes my issues but it does not, i get insane load times (sometimes not loading at all and application gets the not responding white screen), on co-op i can't even load in to the host's farm (who share the same exact mods as me) and i rarely see any red text or issues on smapi, i'd also be glad to upload my log if needed

the easiest fix you can try is probably to change the Load action in kat's hair to EditImage (it's in some .json file, probably content.json). might not have perfect results depending

So i have been playing on my modded save for a few months now, but lately the game just crashes right before saving when I go to bed. hello! im having some problems when loading the game :( whenever i try to open stardew through smapi, or stardew in general, it takes forever to load. the smapi logs are all in white and it says everything is clear, my mods are all updated. once it finally loads it freezes on the game saves, then freezes on the loading screen. at that point it will tell me the game isnt responding. im not sure if my files are messed up or its some of my mods, but i'd like some help whenever someone can, ty ! :3

SMAPI console crashes when trying to start the game without loading the mods status bar or starting the game.

Doing a clean installation over Stardew Valley steam version: installed up-to-date C++, .NET.
ErrorHandler is in mods folder, in spite of error recommendations.

When I install the game via Xbox, it installs Stardew Valley in the ModifiableWindowsApps folder, despite that I chose XboxGames for the installation path. I can move it out of there but then I somehow can't start it... The problem with this whole situation is, that I can't install SMAPI because the SMAPI installer doesn't have the permission to modify anything in ModifiableWindowsApps

Hey, so I've been using the free love mod for a while in combination with the custom spouse rooms mod, and I need help. Could anybody help me figure out how to change location of the spouse rooms with the Custom Spouse rooms mod? The instructions on the page are incredibly confusing and I’m just completely lost. I’ve tried asking in the creator of the free love mods server, as well as in the posts section in the Cutsom Spouse rooms mod myself, but my messages just get ignored. Cries

everytime i try to load smapi past the first playthrough, it takes insanely long to load (10+ minutes) with around 90 mods when it loaded quickly at first. All mods are updated and theres no errors in the log
