it'd be in the same folder as your SMAPI-latest. If you don't have one, cause the crash, then put the SMAPI latest or the crash log in the parser
You also have a XNB mod in your skipped mods, so I'd verify your game files because XNB is bad and can cause crashes, as well as you have two mods trying to load your hairstyle assets, so I'd check on those (i.e. remove one of Bingmiao's/Coii's)

Okay so. I tried opening up the Pokemon-only group, and SMAPI loaded mods that I definitely did not put on the Pokemon modlist

It's probably one of the mods listed under 'Patched game code' in your earlier log. Can you re-add all your mods except those, and see if the error is still gone?
i removed the first ten of that list and my game ran perfectly with no crashes thank you
Could you try re-adding a few at a time to see which one caused it? It'd be useful to know which mod causes it (and whether it's a mod interaction), so we can let the mod author know.

Hello! How would i make a particular sprite sheet be used over another?
i had a mod that redid Magnus's sprite, but i wanted to add in a sprite for custom kissing mod. So i edited the SVE sheet since it already had space for it, then removed the other mod. But he still comes up all vanilla. I have Romancable Rasmodius too that modifies it, but I'm not sure how to make one priority.
It's likely part of your farm map itself then,so can you give us the name of the mod you are using for the farm?

There should be configs, and even if there isn't, just replace RR's sprite sheet

It's wilderness farm (I just checked the wiki) but the barrel did not come with it, I had custom furniture and I remember it glitching (as in when trying to put another thing/one of the same somewhere else it would bug and delete it)

That's the only way to get your original XNBs. Then toss whatever mod that used XNB files - and not SVE, SVE uses dummy XNB files to load modded characters - to the curb

that's not long enough to upgrade quality. the casks wouldn't even accept iridium quality wine if it wasn't working
I used CJB to get the materials to upgrade the house and speed up the time of the barrel, which was instantaneous.

CJB is meant to work on, y'know, vanilla quality

leave the house, type "debug houseupgrade 3" in the SMAPI console
enter the house, spawn in an iridium wine and a gold wine, and toss both in your casks

probably the latter, since in the mod description, it states
"Higher quality for aging artisan goods in casks"
maple syrup cannot be aged
It didn't seem to work, however, after my last screenshot, I re-entered the game and those three iridium-quality liquor turned colored.

What I'm seeing, from your images, is silver, eventually to iridium where it's still working, and then the last part is "color", or the aging to A Quality Mod's "wonderful" quality

Just keep in mind for future testing stuff: CJB does not always work as intended with modded stuff. Heck, time travelling can screw up festivals really badly, apparently
So always try and test via vanilla methods/debug commands if possible

Does anyone know what's wrong with my file? Situation is in co-op, when another player enters the same room as I am in, the game crashes. And before you state "but it's worked before" like several others have stated prior, that does not mean it will work forever without issues
you need the same mods. That big of a C# difference will cause problems like this.

pretty much. Some minor differences are allowed, like a couple content pack changes, but in general if you don't know the ins and outs of it, exact same ones
C# mods, in particular, need to be on both. Only exception I've seen to that so far is CJB

Yeah basically you and your friend need to correct your mod discrepancies. I'd suggest, personally, removing PyTK and TMXL toolkit on their end, then making sure each of you have the same mods
Although looking at their mods, why do they have custom NPC fixes, but no custom NPCs?
Their game has crashed before and they removed a lot of their mods which might explain it

Hi! I recently downloaded Ridgeside Village mod and it started working and then suddenly it just breaks my game out of nowhere and I was wondering what I did wrong. Hi, i have huge struggle with low fps in game (around 200 mods). Those start in fall year one. I tried all fixes I found in the internet (remove core 1, deinstalled every mod and smapi, remove all pytk related mods) but it didnt help. Anyone had the same and solved it? might the next smapi version solve this problem? best whishes

I saw a mod on youtube called CO-OP for android, I downloaded everything correctly, a new option appeared in the game "COOP", but I needed another step that would be a server to enter since the mod only allows you to play if your friends are on same wifi in this we created a server in zerotier that allows us to enter the vpn as if we were in the same wifi but when I put the id to enter the world the game keeps loading infinitely and it crashes

It may not always be a problem with the mod, it may be the outdated smapi version or some mod that it needs to work together that is not in the mods folder, so with a log it would be easier to find out

Of note, though, I can tell you that having the older SpaceCore by that amount of version will be highly problematic, and in terms of C# mod, you either both need PyTK or neither
And I would suggest neither given your modlist doesn't really make use of custom furniture or custom music

ALSO I don't know why you have Custom Spouse Patio given you don't have a multiple NPC marriage/roommate framework, but even besides that if you did you'd use Custom Spouse Patio Redux
There's other stuff for you to even up your modlist with your friend but those are key problems I see off the bat
I was dragging and dropping a bunch of mods around, I think I had too many tabs open and drag some mods to the same place they already were, I'll try and get rid of things and update, see if that gets rid of all the problems.

hmmm the spousePatios are their own map with everyone's stuff on it, but the actual tilesheet that the bike is pulled from is spring_outdoors but nothing stands out as strange in your log

like, several things are targeting that tilesheet, but I don't think any of them should be causing the bike to disappear?

Configs are generally designed so you don't have to do that kind of work 
so yes, try typing false in place of true for the crops you don't want and see if that helps.
The config is only this long because it's designed to include every single crop you're using, including modded crops.

yes. i assume you're using steam, so if your mods aren't loading, i would make sure this is set correctly

No, I don't. SMAPI seems to not be launching through vortex, which isn't allowing any of my mods to load, which checks out.
can you try not launching through vortex? im not too sure how vortex handles opening smapi, but we don't recommend it either way

First, on mobile unless your mobile is basically powered like a PC, mobile Expanded and Ridgeside will pretty much make it unplayable laggy
Second you'll need to delete Custom Music and Custom NPC fixes mod from your mods folder as apparently, for some reason I'm guessing is related to past stuff, both are already included in the SVE mobile version
(Although honestly why you're trying to do this now I don't know, again, SDV should be on 1.5 on mobile in 12 days or less)

Was playing Split Screen Co-op with my mom and when we went to sleep the game didn't get passed the leveling up to show how much money we made or save for that day.

hey, I've discovered the github for all of the PPJA DGA versions. If I were to replace my JA versions with these, would PFM mods that require them not work?

The latest released version of PPJA (Project Populate Json Assets, a popular mod) is a conversion from JA to DGA, but it has some bugs in it, and the mod author has retired. Sticking with the older JA version is probably your best option.
You can download the JA version from the Old Files section on Nexus, or by downloading the latest versions of the standalone components instead of the megapack (except for Farmer to Florist, where you would need to look under Old Files in the standalone version).

Salute! I have small problem with Custom NPCs for NPC Map Locations mod and Lucikiel - he is not showing up on a map. No errors in smapi, he is in tier 2 json file. Many other Custom NPCs work fine, any idea if it's known error or just problem with SVE version of Luci?

Free Love causes the spouse room to appear early, not NPC Adventures

there are definitely some things that read as "married" under the hood once you're engaged. As I mentioned in modded-farmers, Date Night starts firing once you're engaged. I remember June walking out of my house before marriage

Right. From my... digging into that code a while back (sidestepping a lot there) that Happy Birthday event would trigger only in the Farmhouse level 1 and only when spouse and you were there in a certain timeframe
So it went "oh, you're married, and she's here. Let's fire"

Just curious. Is there any safe way of separating out aspects of mods? For my own personal use, I'd like to use PPJA's artisan machines but not have the bulk of PPJA itself. Could I create a separate folder that just has the machines and all its assets?

You could, but you’d also have to remove dependencies in the manifest and potentially fix things in the mod itself
There is... though it's a bit tedious. If you don't want anything from PPJA except the machines, then you will need to go into Artisan Valley's PFM ProducerRules file and manually remove the bits of coding that use items from PPJA that you don't want. You'll also need to go into the JA folder and remove all the stuff involving PPJA, etc.

It does come with a PFM file, but it doesn't look like the PFM tells the machines to do anything useful even with vanilla items so I'm not sure it'll help 
fwiw, sesshi, I did whittle my own Artisan Valley pack down to just butter. But that still requires you to have butter from one of the PPJA recipes packs in your game, so you can certainly limit how much PPJA you use and chuck certain things you don't want while keeping others you do want but you do have to be mindful of how all the packs work together
Yea looking at it, it seems like it's just for other content mods. You would have to manually rework the manifest and things
Yea, I've had all of PPJA installed before with Raff's and it was fun except for all the shuffle. I think shuffle is mostly fixed but I decided to limit my JA mods this time around just in case.
Miss having all the additional artisan goods tho. Especially since there's not much you can do with fish

hello, so I tried enabling DaLion's Arsenal, Tools, and Rings rework (followed his instruction and all) and it worked without any gameplay issues aside from the occasional random slides. However, the game wont save when I go to sleep

Oh boy. Looking at your log, we have a bunch of issues to fix besides the Modular Overhaul issue.
- Advanced Location Loader is very out of date and hasn't loaded into your game.
- You have a bunch of xnb mods in your mod folder. Remove those, they're not in the right place anyway and even if they were, we strongly advise against using xnb mods because they can break your game.
- You appear to have mod files in the root mod folder instead of into their own subfolder, causing smapi to skip them.
As for what's going on with Modular Overhaul, I can't help you myself, but there are others in here better versed with that kind of error than me.

I've honestly never had any problem until I enabled the Modular Overhaul features

Hi! My SMAPI just for some reason doesn’t wanna run through vortex and when I try to run it manually it just doesn’t recognize it as anything
On vortex it’s just gray and boots up vanilla stardew

anyone happen to use Lnh's big shed (https://www.nexusmods.com/stardewvalley/mods/12489) who also have the troubles of not being able to have the entire wall/floor be covered with wallpaper/flooring? It only has the original layout of the vanilla shed covered and everything else remains the original wall/floor and I don't think Lnh knows the reason either? I don't have any other shed related mods that could fuck with it so I really don't know what causes it as I don'tn get any errors in SMAPI at all related to it
It’s probably not a mod conflict, it’s probably that the mod isn’t setting the decoration tile properties it would need for that to work properly

My guess is you didn't put in launch options and you didn't launch SMAPI, but if you have a log, that'll point to a different problem

Okay so idk what I'm doing at this point but I'm just gonna show you that when k open stardew smapi pops up along with the game but it looks like the expansion isn't there. But I have it in my regular files. Like I made a separate file for mods.
so that's probably your problem. See that filepath it shows ("mods go here: <filepath>")? That's where you need to put your mods
You putting it in a different folder won't be recognized by SMAPI
Also, remember: After downloading the mod and its dependencies (required mods), unzip them to that folder

Unzip them, then put them in the mods folder it specifies
you have it on steam, so you can click the cog in steam, manage, browse local files
and it'll take you right to where your mods folder is. Open your mods folder, unzip the mods, then put them in the mods folder
You can just unzip them to the mods folder if you know how to do that, but otherwise you can just move the unzipped folders from downloads

Error Handler should have been able to remove both easily, so verify your files, then try loading again.
I'd also recommend getting the ARV file from ES's discord and removing Beatrice's Festival Locations (since they're in ES itself) as this will allow you to toss PyTK and TMXL

Yes you can remove any mod mid-save, sammy. Error Handler pretty much handles any mod being removed
If it doesn't, it needs to be reported to the mod author or Pathos
Right. Point is though you shouldn't be looking inside the XNB for anything since if you're adding new, that's BFAV, and if you're editing current, you'd just be editing the icons used in game
so not sure anyone knows the answer simply because it's not used.
Er I think there's a miscommunication...this is not from the xnb file, but a mod I'm editing. I didn't unpack the xnbs. It's just a reference to where it's located in the original game, since not everyone is familiar with the mod I'm using

Ah. So you're actually referring to the cursors tilesheet
(Cursors.xnb refers to the vanilla game's XNB files. When modders usually talk about files like Cursors, we refer to the tilesheets from the unpacked version of the game, which is where I just now found the icons you're referring to)
