i would say a coop with ducks (cause they swim in water it think.) and decorate around it with trees and grass if ur looking with aesthetic. but functionality wise, trees with tappers and sheds!!

that isn't good though unless you are really good as the wood you get from the farm and the ease to tap trees there outweighs taking up space you wont use.

Clearing is fine, just replant all the trees as you will need a ton of wood. Then chop and replant again and again...also start to set up tapper trees.
