this character had the color blue as favourite thing, so i married emily and there is a lot of blue. The trick to the buildings in a symmetrical setup is, that i slightly varied darkness and light and tone and now it looks more natural (our eyes make us think they are similar, but it looks like there is more natural light around)

Iirc the horse can fit through 1 tile gaps if they are fences.

But natural collisions is different.

If it is natural collisions it can only fit through 1 block gaps going horizontally. Vertically it can't fit through it. The horse is a bit chonk.

Currently, I have a greenhouse to the right of the farm (eventually that property will become available) - in this area as well are ponds, I have a cabin/ flower forest across the bridge below grandpas shed. My pigs have their own space as well as my cows/chickens. I’m going to be placing an orchard above the northern most area (right of the cave) where I can collect sap/fruit. By the animal house I put a “deck” and a fire pit. The big blossom tree there’s a sitting area with some flowers. I would screenshot my layout but unfortunately my old file got corrupted so I’m slowly rebuilding on my current one. 🙂

The portraits have been the easier element, I've just been struggling with getting the sprites to read as the outfits I want, haha

Finally decided to decorate the second farmhouse, I think it looks nice. I ran out of ideas at the end and planted some grass for no reason lol

some empty spaces but like i said i just ran dry towards the end
