You want about two tufts of grass per animal, so with 8 animals, you want 16 fence posts with grass tufts under them, so if you plant grass under your fence posts and move the cheese/Mayo makers up one tile you should be good

my pc farm! my yard isn't finished by my house and below the barns before you head into the forest is going to have a well placed where the little empty spot in the grass is:) this is the combat map and i used a tool editor to get rid of the middle pond, but besides that and changing the slime hutch everything is vanilla 🙂

How do you get a zoomed out picture of your farm like that?

go to in-game settings, scroll to the bottom and there should be a screenshot button. zoom it out to 100% and then take the screenshot

The percentage next to the screenshot button actually controls the resolution or resizing rather. Meaning at 25%: 1 = 1 pixel, and 100%: 1 = 4 pixels. So I usually just leave it at 25% for the farm map, but 100% is neat for screenshots inside buildings, since they tend to be quite small :D

decided to make an outdoor restaurant at the back of the movie theater

I have to check on it every few days cuz stone and logs still grow on the floor for some reason

nice that some of the recipes are what you find in a fancy restaurant (pasta, soups, caviar etc)

All the maps have pros and cons. The wilderness farm layout feels very pleasing to many people, and the monster fights after dark being unlocked by default from the start adds an extra challenge and an extra source of wild seeds.
