I choose to stay with the mid-size house because I don’t want kids and at least in 1.4 (I’m on iPad which doesn’t have 1.5 yet) I don’t find there to be enough furniture for my tastes to fill all the rooms adequately. I’m happy with my small sized house

The Chest by the fridges holds completed recipes. Bottom-left is the catalogs and other art pieces, middle is Blue Jazz for Lucky Lunches (I have a Sea Cucumber pond as well to keep myself supplied) plus overflow/less important completed recipes, and the right is overflow ingredients.

I put the TV on the way to the bedroom so I can check it easily on my way outside (small TV is enough for me).

there's a chance to get those out of a rainbow trout pond (once there are ten of them in there), killing monsters in the mines, and also from the stones with the swirly pattern in the mines, quarry, etc

they are pretty hard to come by though, or at least that has been my experience so far

Rainbow trout ponds are actually really low chance. (Having ten rainbow trout ponds would on average take 1 full game year to get one) Your best odds are going to the skull cavern on a very lucky day and getting >~70 floors deep

its bc then you can see the grid better. The normal buildings have their textures extending beyond them, which is why you get a transparent view when you walk behind them. the planner just does this incase you wanna plan items behind them.

I put my Scarecrows on the spot directly behind the Junimo Hut, if I don't want to see it. If you have Deluxe Scarecrow, it fits a really big area. I guess other hide them too. Or just remove them for a moment to take a screenshot of the farm, if they don't like how they look.

The Japanese buildings mod doesn't have any inside recolors, so if you have one, it shouldn't affect your inside

You should check if your inside recolor affects your buildings on the outside

If it does nothing on the outside of buildings you should be fine using both

If it does, then most likely you need to check if the mod for the inside can be turned off for the outside changes through the config

When you enter your mods folder, and access the folder for that specific mod, there's a config file right there, let me show you

I just grabbed any mod I remembered that had config options. Right there in the main folder of the mod there's the config (there will be only if the mod has anything available for you to turn on and off)

My farm is 3 fish ponds away from complete. I wish I could share but i play on mobile. I could share the planner pic but the brick path and fish ponds disappear when I view the image

Does anyone have a good Riverland farm design? It’s my first save and I thought it’d be cool because like, w a t e r but now I’m in summer my 4th year and I’m struggling to have enough space for a lot of things-

Riverland isn't a great layout for putting buildings, so I just use it as a chill co-op roleplay game rather than my main saves
