Basically End of spring Y1. I've started a new save doing the opposite of my large farm. I went for a more enchanted/whimsical/magic/witchy aesthetic. This is gonna be my joja run so i probably won't be posting many pics of this farm... but I plan to restart this with the same or a similar layout. I'm still not sure how i feel about this particular map but I do adore the quaintness of it.

First year winter? It looks great!
I would think in the long run, especially if you have a lot of piggies, moving the barn to give them wiggle room will benefit you! I'd also test out the farm planner or even look at the wiki. I'm quite certain you have a few too many scarecrows placed in your lovely crop spot! It's taking away a few tiles that can be used for other things, I imagine.

The best things about farms is year to year as you progress, things on a farm inevitably change. I look forward to seeing how you build out. <3

@willow plinth There are 44 spaces for iridium sprinklers, that's 1056. Plus the long trellis spaces left and right from that main area fit 52 trellis crops on each side, that's 104 more. In the space you get in the 5 spaces I'm using for trellis also, fit another 20 crops each, adds 100. That's a total of 1260 crops, and the fruit tree spaces are 45.

Pigs cant collect truffles on tiled paths and you have your farm covered in wood tiles. I would consider moving things around and giving them ample space to dig.
I personally would move obelisks closer to your home.
I would increase crop space that you have overall since your using a map with the most farm tiles in the game atm.
I dont see lightning rods but I would consider adding some if yours arent hidden on the map.

@brazen kernel Try using the planner, it helps a lot to plan in advance how you wanna use the field, how many sections you want and what for. Of course, early in game you place everything everywhere, but as time passes you'll rearrange to go with as you planned

the reason i redecorated is because i now have ever achievement (other than the minigames) have every building (including golden clock) and had quite literally nothing else to do lol, wouldnt have made it like that if i still needed money

For instance, corn and tomato have a 4 day regrowth, I planted them so I get corn and tomato the same day

Every some time, the ones with different regrowth days will match (because... that's how math works lol)

But having all plants with the same regrowth be synched made it easier for me for harvesting

Yeah it's a lot of crops with PPJA, so it can get messy. Really worked for me, so I'd recommend you try that
