The rarecrows are "Big Craftables" and not "Items" on a technical level, so they don't have "regular" Item IDs. However, this site claims to have the ID for any sort of general item could want, which I assume has the rarecrows. Can't tell you whether the item glitch works with these kinds of IDs, if that's what you're intending on doing

Each time you complete an order, a star fills in. When you fill all three stars in, that's when you get the ticket, and then the stars reset to empty.
The prize ticket reward is shown on the quest listing when you have 2/3 stars. This can be misleading if you have another quest from yesterday and complete that one first.
