Cran: 240G seed. Five harvests of two 75G berries each, or 82G with Tiller. 820G raw, minus 240G seed, is 580 unprocessed of normal quality.
Dehydrated, each cranberry is worth about 158.4G with artisan. 1584G for ten cranberries, minus 240G seed, is 1344G profit.
Pumpkin (no DSG). Two harvests, 200G for two seeds. 352G per pumpkin with Tiller, 704G for two of them, minus seed cost is 504G. Slightly behind. Jarred with Artisan, it's 966G per pumpkin, times two is 1932, minus seed cost is 1732G profit. Promising!
The possibility exists of the player having dehydrators but not jars at this point in time. Pumpkins can't be dehydrated. So let's see how DSG raw pumpkins compare against dehydrated cran...
380G cost for 3 seeds and 1 DSG. Three raw pumpkins with Tiller is 352G x3 = 1056G, minus cost is 676G per tile. Dehydrated cran wins handily against this case.

It isn’t listed on any monster page, probably for the reason that it’s a drop just by virtue of being in the dangerous mines. Same goes with mahogany seeds on slime pages

Like, for example my playstyle is that I make 40 basic sprinklers in Spring, then upgrade to quality in summer, but still use the 40 basics for Blueberries and then Cranberries (so 160 of each). 10 Dehydrators is enought to process all of this by mid Winter.

Just tested Volcano lava eeling with targeted bait. I started with one I caught in the mines, made it into 8 bait. I fed two more catches into the bait maker (both generated 9 bait) and dropped one, so that's 12 eels hooked out of 26 casts. Fishing Lv11 (I can currently only make Chowder)
