here's an example of why I could never min max in this game. salmonberry season and blackberry season soon become irrelevant in terms of food for energy or profit. but in my head it is tradition that on those days you go out and forage for some hours at least, no matter what. and so I do, on evrey save, in every year

I don't really like following a schedule of needing so many pigs or so many casks ... if I dig up a nice artifact, I'm not going to put it in a chest for weeks because my schedule is packed with getting money for pigs/barns/sheds or wood for ... I'm driving my horse to the museum the very next day 😛
