Regen completely depends on when and how you are using it. You can tank whole kefla or other ult and be full hp if you use it correctly.
If you are using s3 without calculating if enemy still has any stun or not then you are just taking a chance to get heal and will most likely get interrupted

I think its a good idea to try and jail Piccolo, Uub, or any character that has a secure like that with the ult, also you could block them if they happen to fire. Otherwise if you see a lot of ults around i would just pop it.

If you want to cook with cell make sure you reach perfect asap. You could grab and your teammate will do the damage while you're grabbing, then just fall back. Keep farming and draining to reach perfect asap. Then you could actually carry games.

Imperfect cell honestly needs more HP since literally every tank in the game diffs him in a small skirmish not even a fight
He can't even use S3 to sustain himself since he doesn't have the HP to lose in order to regenerate and that he can get staggered out of it while at low HP

And agree. He either needs more HP in early game, or S3 should regen more with better skill usage or something

Yep you either get disintegrated while trying to use it or when you're about to get a big heal you get staggered out of it
It was a bad time to be cell in the full stagger teams meta
And toppo before he got no obstruction
Which is why it's crazy that they refuse to do it for cell as well

I still think Cell should need a little less bio-energy to transform. Even with the new npcs, it’s easier to transform yes, but not all the time I get it by first boss, like 75-80% ya from my experience

So, how do y'all use his ult? I've been using it preemptively to try and stop energy attacks from hitting the last hit on bosses.
IDK even know if it's doing anything, but i believe it states it stops energy attacks from coming through.

Changed my mind.Was going to use Cooler to try and get to A4, but the teams have been so bad that I'v gone from 1 game to A4, all the way down to B2.
I should say, was going to finish the route to A4 with Cooler to A4. Even with games as Cell, they have been bad.

Yes thats why dying early game is pretty much guaranteed because you need the bio energy from your opponents unless you luck out on that first clash to get ahead.

Two ways. Rush attack when they're one shot. OR you hit them with Skill 2 from behind or Skill one explosion and you rush attack them. Each interacion gives you 13%-15%. But once you drain them the opponent is in cooldown so you can actually leave.
NPCs only gives you 2-3#
You'll know you can drain them when you see like a target on them
But if you do finish them you do get bio energy from that as well but obviously early game you have the be concious on what fights you can win and ones you can't win
