One day, my friend and I wanted to play Peak for the first time. We downloaded the game simultaneously through Steam. We entered the game and realized after a while that we were playing in different generations of the world. Hi this is random but
I think the game should add a gamemode for PVP. I think it'd be nice to have an optional race mode where to have be the first one to light the camp fight at the first peak. A single biome with "map rotation" like that game already has.

A mode like the default one the currently:
4 players first one to make it to the top wins, use luggage cases to find gear to help your progress, or hinder others. Maybe make re-spawning optional or not for the host to pick.

OR/AND something a bigger like:
16 players trying to make it to the top using luggage cases around the island
Up to 4 teams of 4.
Allow teams to compete with at least 2 players, a option for the solo sweats, and partial teams of 3.

Hmm I did a quick Airport lobby test. DX11 used more of my gpu and less cpu while dx12 used more of my cpu.

:( the only other thing i could suggest is geforceNOW - its a software that basically links you to a virtual machine to play games if you dont meet the minimum requirements. There is a free tier - game sessions are limited to 1 hour though, you can join back (if youre playing multiplayer) unlimited times afaik for free but there may be a queue

i personally wouldnt bother with a bug report, just because it isnt a bug as the min requirements are listed on the steam page. so, have you tried walking towards the gate and actually just starting a run? that works for me still on my laptop that runs on shitty Intel integrated graphics - on normal and beta build. like in the video here. there will then still be random popping in and out of objects in the world though, but it felt pretty playable

this goes in line with pcs generally having issues rendering the airport (see #🤔faq)

How do I get the "TEST" achievment?

I've had several people tell me there's a check for it, if you glitch out of the airport and jump into the void

Don't use your passport during the fall and supposedly it'll pop.

But in all fairness; it's still just a placeholder at the moment, and should get replaced with a proper achievement soon
