in the tropics, i took an item-less route, should be a6 viable

• Right, through a hole between the two giant sections in the front
• Climb up, there will be a vine you can climb, it's beside a bush
• There's a ton of vines in that section you can navigate, and a route to bring you to 3 luggages
• Route upleftwards, there will be a few trees you can climb on
• Everything afterwards is pretty easy, you should be positioned in the middle of the climb, and you go through a crevice, towards the ancient statue

i'm about to do a test run to see how fast it is

utilizing the thornless roots and vines in the tropics is a must

in the Alpine, i took a route that starts from the 3 luggages on the right, navigate to the Big Luggage located on the tip of a stalagmite, then climb upwards, if you route to the upleft a bit, you can get on top of a platform with a shelf shroom

then i use a chain launcher to the left

Learn how steep of an angle you can walk, sometimes the snow will generate but the area is non walkable, learn how to safely come back down if you can, try to avoid climbs where you'd have a sheer drop

I recommend going back to the entrance and going just on the other side
Use an energy drink to reach that white chest on the end of the crystal and you should be able to find your way up

(Or lollipop or piton or something should work)
