go left at start and go up until you beat the game. if you feel like you arent beating the game then go up a hot rock (kiln)
run almost entirely doable with half a stamina bar and no reserve

Shore: I stuck to the left mainly some pretty easy climbs then veered a bit to the right. Started going up roughly where the ancient treasure is.
Tropics: Went to the waterfall in the middle and went up to the left from there.
Alpine: Went middle right and the when about halfway up ended up going fully right.
Caldera: Started right then slowly made my way to the centre. I would say I did some pretty sketchy jumps so be careful if you do go right
Kiln: Its back and forth back started left and when i found some of the rocks that go across i would take them. It did cause me some burn damage on the way up with some of the rocks i climbed but if you do it quick enough your fine.

caldera is easy if you can time walking on the floor when the lava goes down, and dont climb pillars in case it burns up (easy if you have any of the fruits from the alpine as they reduce heat when eaten)
kiln is arguably always the hardest

to place the bean correctly you have to put yourself in danger if it's horizontal

you can also get a lot of mileage out a chainlauncher if you shoot it past multiple climb points upwards in way that you use it to climb from restpoint to restpoint
(instead of just pointing it across a small gap, shoot it past the gap)
