Ideally yeah, first forward goes up then helps second forward then goes for the next climb. Second forward stays to help the mules up then follows the first forward. In the event that the path isn't clear the second forward can look around for alternate routes with the first forward. Additionally the second forward could go hunt down luggages that are slightly off the route and until they catch back up the second mule would take the second forward spot. Basically just a smooth functioning team
