I will confirm that most people that do it just as they join the server or for laughs are 11 or bad at the game.

I personally took the name because I'm the leader of my groups when we play and have a good handle of the game.

Usually all the explaining i do in lfgs are about item stats or tech. Though its 50/50 ppl there understand how to do the tech.

I think it would be cool to have them related to challenges as a distinct way to decide who should have the role, but perhaps just a role for completing some arbitrary number of challenges

At least in another game I play. The wiki resource and etc. Those people in the discord were given a @Helper role.
