Dude, ascent 6 and 7 suck the life and fun out of me. I was about to die to the cold damage at Mesa and thought to use the flare as a last ditch effort to warm myself.

Didn't even work, and somehow I still managed to stay alive. Kept going thinking "maybe I'll find a flare in a luggage" bc I've found one before in the shore... I never did find another 😭

Never played multiplayer. I think it was kinda hard starting, but you get better, learn what items to bring, some nice strats to cover more distances too. Not too hard

i think the optimal party size is 2 - still not too many people and can carry double the items
in this case, items like rope and chain launchers are more powerful (more useful per unit)

This is kind of out of nowhere but I think they should swap asc 6 and asc 7 sash names
Like asc 6 is harder to climb so it's goat sash (goats are expert climbers) and asc 7 is perma death so it's wolf scout (like there is a high chance only one will remain alive so he is a lone wolf)
I wanted to say this because other sashes kinda make sense like asc 5 is owl because nights are cold and owl are nocturnal or asc 3 is mule because they have been carrying heavy stuff for hundreds of years now
