I generally have the most trouble with the Mesa's constant winding tunnels that often lead nowhere and force you out into the sun and take risky jumps and climbs (not counting the Kiln of course)

I haven't really struggled with Alpine since Mesa released. Maybe it was just a skill issue on my end. Tropics can be a little tricky some times though

There was an alpine about two weeks ago that had like two options, and the easy way was a upwards crevice over frosty rocks. If you didn't find, you're pretty cooked

Thanks. I think today's map is generally light on immediate luggage locations. There were times when there were a lot on tall rocks or close to the base of the mountain, or some a bit off the beaten path. I'd say those might be worth pointing out.

the most difficult part of high ascents for me is inventory management. flare takes up a spot + you get hungry 24/7 so if you have bad item luck/inventory management it'll be enough to end your run at kiln fairly easily

guys I found some tech the other day and I forgot to share it. You can sprint jump from standing and get a ton of distance right? Well if you jump first then sprint in the air you get just as much distance but for like half the stamina cost. Try it out it's been super handy in runs. Especially on ascent 6 / 7
