There is a new seed set in place every 24hrs. You can run that same seed as many times as you want on any Ascent, Tenderfoot-7, until reset.

in all honesty I think the Binoculars are cool, I kinda wish they could let you see through the mist on Alpines days so it could let you find the Cappy spa reliably, if it did that Id take them with me everytime just for that on a new daily run

Yeah its difficult, it helps if you know the route for the seed you are doing before hand so you can clear it fast

the faster you go the less nights you take and the less food you need too. Of course easier said than done but it gets easier the more you do it
