I have chornic fatigue syndrom. The nervous system is overflown and it gets stuck in panic mode so it creates a lot of different symptoms in the whole body.
It can be triggered by a variety of things but in my case, it was abuse and negligence as a child and then overwork. ^^
It has been recognized as an official illness last year only.
Most doctors say it's incurable but I've found a community online that give great tips on how to get better and it's been working greatly for me. :) It's a slow process, though. I have to retrain my nervous system to feel safe again without going to fast so it doesn't get overstimulated.
